Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do we safely clean chemical residue from the high-temperature oven walls?
Always let the oven cool completely before you start. Wipe loose residue with a dry cloth or soft brush. For stubborn build-up, use a mild solvent-dampened cloth — just make sure it suits your oven’s interior material. Never use abrasive materials, as they scratch the lining. Clean the heating elements with a soft brush only. Regular cleaning prevents uneven heating down the line.
Don’t wait until it looks dirty. A quick wipe after each batch and a proper deep clean once a week keeps residue from baking on and hardening. The longer it sits, the harder it gets to remove.
Three things usually cause this. A faulty thermocouple sending wrong data, PID settings that aren’t tuned properly, and door seals that have worn out or have a gap. Check all three and you’ll likely find your answer.
Look at the heating elements—a partially failing element delivers uneven heat that the controller can’t fix. Also check the fan or blower. Poor air circulation creates hot and cold spots inside the chamber, which shows up as temperature swings.
Absolutely. The oven is available in load capacities from 500 kg all the way up to 50,000 kg, and the chamber dimensions are fully customisable. Loading is handled via a tray or trolley system, either manual or motorised, depending on the weight and your preference.
This is an easy fix. Simply lower the temperature and allow more time for the cycle to run. A slower cycle reaches the core of heavy parts far more effectively. Turning on dual airflow adds extra consistency by spreading heat evenly from all sides.
Start with the insulation—damaged or gapped ceramic fibre or rockwool lets heat escape faster than the elements can generate it. Then check the elements themselves for wear, and inspect the door seals for any gaps.
